Wordclouds

Wordle on Popular Young Adult Authors

Make a Wordle about Dewey Classification.
First we will do a quick walk around the Media Center.
Then choose one section to make a Wordle (rubric for Wordle).
Watch how to make a Wordle below.
How to.... make word clouds with Wordle from David Dodgson on Vimeo.
Your Wordle should contain twenty terms that relate to the section you choose to use. Begin your Wordle by listing the twenty words/terms you want to use on a Word document and save on your laptop.

Save your word doc to a flash drive. Go to one of the desktop computers. Open the document, copy it, and paste it into Wordle. Once you create the Wordle, save the URL onto the flash drive. Give to Mrs. Shinn to print in color.
We will create the final Wordle and print it in color the week of Mon., Sept. 12

Then you will complete a handout on the ten main areas of classification. Due September 19.
